You are right on about the Aired! Bought one 2 weeks ago and I agree its the best quailty rod under $60. Nearly feels and performs as good as my Veritas rod which the best rod under $100. (imo) I more than likely will been buying another Aired very soon.

Woodsman101 says:

does it handle medium light jig like a (3/8) jig well

squib 31 says:

If you live near an Academy Sports in Texas, these are on sale for $39.99. Don’t know about elsewhere in the country. Just picked up a couple more myself.

FORT COUCH says:

Good video, next time remember to put up the lotion and paper towels lmao.

Emil Tjonneland says:

I totally agree. Got the 7 foot medium heavy spinning rod last year and I have nothing but good things to say about it. I found it actually outperforms my more expensive Abu Garcia and Shimano rods in certain situations. The sensitivity and durability is outstanding for the price. I have put this rod through a beating using it to fish frogs and jigs in fresh water and heavy jigs and plugs in salt water and yet it still shows no signs of wear!

247Fishing says:

I agree %100! I have the 7 foot heavy and it feels better, is lighter, and it’s more sensitive than my $120 St. Croix Mojo Bass. Good review.

Mike jones says:

I have a kastking stealth caster reel and i dont know what rod to get can you suggest anything?

WindyCityBassin says:

Nice review.  Haven’t even seen them before, but may have to take a look.  I loved my Tatula rod until a 20lb Blue Cat snapped it.  Thanks for sharing.  If you haven’t before, give my channel a look. Always appreciate a like/sub.  Tight lines!

i mean rod

Woodsman101 says:

7 foot heavy

Bob Dashiell says:

I just received my Aird-X spinning rod yesterday and used it today. While the rod is well constructed and beautiful in appearance it is very uncomfortable to use for extended periods due to the bare reel seat with no cushioned fore grip. I also found the reel seat to be slightly too far back which makes grabbing and holding the line awkward at least for my technique. Compared to my Cabela’s Tourney Trail this rod just doesn’t match up.

Emily Slivick says:

whats a good forging rod for around 60$
